Can you put CLAIMS into two categories? Weather-related and NON weather-related. and how many of each.

The site should able to geo-verify location and mark carrier ineligible based on zip code and keywords found in reference guides; such as Barrier Islands, Tri-county

You have on the dashboard there are carrier updates and how many updates there are, but you don't say what they are. It would be great if we could click on the recent updates and know what they are.

Currently, Resource Center is grayed-out on inelligible carriers. I would like to be able to view underwriting guidelines on those carriers to find out why inelligible.

Add an option to upload the wind mitigation so it scans the information in (same as the 4point)

Adding prior insurance informaiton on condo section to indicate how long of lapse they have had.
